Ethos Workplace Solutions was founded by Jeff Sibert around a simple idea: building a strong organization requires more than a good product, service, or strategy. It requires people who can make thoughtful decisions, solve problems, work together, and turn ideas into action.
With experience spanning project management, training and development, organizational initiatives, government environments, and workplace leadership, Jeff works directly with business owners and organizational leaders to help them think through challenges and build practical paths forward.
Ethos brings an outside perspective grounded in the understanding that organizational decisions affect how people work, lead, communicate, and experience the workplace. There is no one-size-fits-all answer for every business.
